How to Enable WhatsApp UPI Payment Option on Your Smartphone
Step 1: First go to your WhatsApp settings option and tap the payment option.
Step 2: Here you need to tap on the ed new account (which will be found in the bank account header) to add a new account.
Step 3: Now read and expend all the terms and conditions here.
Step 4: Now you will have the option of SMS verification. This will verify your UPI linked bank account.
Step 5: In the next tab you will have the option to choose your bank account. Selecting your bank account will enable the WhatsApp payment feature.
Step 6: If you have multiple bank accounts linked to your registered number on WhatsApp, you will receive an SMS from your bank confirming the UPI account setup.
Note: This WhatsApp payment option is rolled out with a new update. If this option is not showing in your WhatsApp, this option will appear with a new update.
