Step 3- Now you’ll see an option for ‘PASSWORD-HERE’. Replace with the password you want to keep. Now go to save S in the file and change the file extension from .bat to .txt and select ‘All Files’ in the drop-down menu as Save as. Now you can save the file by any name you like, it’s your own choice.
Step 4- Now double-click the .bat file you just created and you’ll see a new folder called ‘Private’. You can save all the files and folders you want to keep private.
Step 5- Now double-click the .bat file once again and a CMD prompt will appear asking you if you want to lock the folder. Just Type ‘Y’ for Yes and type ‘N’ for No.
Step 6- Once locked, you will notice that the ‘Private’ folder has disappeared. To re-use the folder, you just need to double-click on the .bat file and enter the password set.
This way you can protect all your private files by providing a password.
Note: Make sure that you carefully name the .bat file so that no one else changes your file’s password.
